When will my order be ready?
If you placed an order for a gang sheet, there is a 24-hour turnaround time Monday–Friday.
Orders placed before 9:00 AM Monday–Saturday are usually ready same day. Turnaround times may vary depending on shop closure times, holidays, and order volume.
I don’t know how to build a gang sheet. Can you help?
Yes! Building a gang sheet is easy. Please visit our Facebook page for helpful video tips and tricks to learn how to build gang sheets like a pro.
What happens if I need a rush order?
Please call us directly. If we are still printing for the day, we may be able to get your order printed.
Unfortunately, rush orders are not always available if printing has already stopped for the day. Rush order pricing may vary.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders can take 5–7 business days, depending on the image and design details.

How do I order UV stickers?
There is a UV DTF Gang Sheet Builder on our website. It works the same way as the regular gang sheet builder.
Turnaround times for UV DTF are longer because we only print these once a week, and print days may vary.
I can’t get to the shop in time to pick up my order. What should I do?
No worries! We have an after-hours pickup bin located outside the shop.
All orders ready for pickup will be placed in the bin after hours.
If you ordered shirts, UV DTF, or other items along with your gang sheet, please call us before closing if you need those items left in the bin as well.
